BUSINESS PLAN STATEMENT DETAILS:
1) To open Branches in every city and Suburb all over 9 Provinces in South Africa and Africa Continent.
2) To employ at least 45 People per Branch means 15 People per Department. Example: There is 176 Suburb in the Western Cape Province:
Our Mission is to create 45 permanent Jobs per Branch and in 5 years we can achieve our Medium Term Goal, means 7920 people can get Jobs permanently in the Western Cape and Thousands of People can also work on commission and make extra income as Independent Contractors.
3) To reduce Unemployment Rate. (7.7 Million People, about 22% of the working age population are Unemployed or had stopped looking for work since 2014).
The Unemployment Rate on the narrow measure is 25.4% or, if discouraged workers are included, the unemployment rate can be closer to 34%.
Our Long Term Goal is to try to reduce Unemployment Rate to almost Zero.
